Gratis annuleren kan tot 48 uur voor de dag van aankomst (17.00 uur). Daarna geldt dat je het volledige bedrag, met uitzondering van de eerste nacht en eventuele servicekosten, terugkrijgt als je voor aankomst annuleert.
Een annuleringsverzekering wordt aanbevolen.
Annulering door eigenaar: indien door bijzondere omstandigheden de eigenaar zich genoodzaakt ziet het verblijf te annuleren wordt u onmiddellijk op de hoogte gebracht en worden eerder voldane betalingen direct teruggestort.

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (5 p.m.). After that, you will be refunded the full amount, with the exception of the first night and any service costs, if you cancel before arrival.
A cancellation insurance is recommended.
Cancellation by owner: if due to special circumstances the owner is forced to cancel the stay, you will be informed immediately and previously paid payments will be refunded immediately.
